; house was designed and built for Pranav Naik, one of our Principals at Studio Pomegranate. ; house is a 520 Sq.ft apartment in a 75 year old art deco building at Worli, in Mumbai. The design of the house questions the prevalent “BHK” (Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) format, and seeks to take the spaces in the home back to the configuration they were planned in originally in the early 1950’s. It also deeply references the roots, and aspirations of it’s inhabitants, as this particular project has had virtually no communication barrier with it’s intended user.
